ZANN CORPORATION GROUP, as a company listed on the U.S. OTC market, positions the establishment and advancement of a corporate governance framework aligned with global standards as one of its highest management priorities.
Through strengthening the supervisory function of the Board of Directors, developing internal control systems, and establishing a comprehensive risk management framework, we practice fair and highly transparent management based not only on compliance with laws and regulations but also on high ethical standards.
In addition, grounded in the permeation of our corporate philosophy, all employees maintain a proactive awareness of governance and conduct regular self-assessments and internal reviews, thereby promoting continuous improvement and the enhancement of governance quality.
